Who we are

AIGENCY is a mobile application that matches aspiring talent with relevant casting calls and agency submission opportunities.

What we collect

Information you provide

• Account details: name, email, phone number
• Profile information: photos, age, location, physical attributes, experience, and other details you submit so we can match you to relevant castings
• Payment-related identifiers when you make a purchase (handled by Apple — we never see your card number)
• Messages you send us through support channels

Information collected automatically

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data
• Crash and performance logs
• Approximate location, if you grant permission

How we use it

• To match your profile to casting opportunities
• To deliver, maintain, and improve the app
• To process subscriptions and one-time purchases
• To send transactional emails
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect fraud and abuse

Subscriptions and purchases

AIGENCY offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• AIGENCY Pro — $4.99/month, auto-renewing
• AIGENCY Premium — $24.99/month, auto-renewing
• Agency Submission Service — $49 one-time purchase

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Cloudflare — edge functions and content delivery
• Resend — transactional email
• Apple — payment processing

If you purchase the Agency Submission Service, your profile is shared with talent agencies you've opted into.

Your choices

• Request a copy of your data or its deletion at support@joinaigency.net
• Account deletion is available in-app under Settings
• Revoke location permission anytime in iOS Settings

California, EEA, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR. Contact us to exercise them.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

Children

AIGENCY is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
