How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → AIGENCY → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the AIGENCY purchase, and select "Request a refund."
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($4.99/mo) gives you 5 daily casting matches auto-applied to your profile, all casting sources, and priority matching. Premium ($24.99/mo) includes everything in Pro plus 25 daily castings, top sources prioritized, agency guides, and priority support.
What is the Agency Submission Service?
For a one-time $49 fee, your profile is professionally formatted and submitted to relevant talent agencies that match your profile. We can't guarantee representation — agencies make their own decisions — but we'll handle the submission process for you.
I made a purchase and don't see the features unlocked
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." If features still don't unlock after a minute, email us at support@joinaigency.net.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data within 30 days.
Are you a real talent agency?
No. AIGENCY is a discovery and submission tool that connects you to opportunities. We aren't a talent agency, casting agency, or employer.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@joinaigency.net with what happened, what you expected, and your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots help.
