By using AIGENCY, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AIGENCY mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

What AIGENCY is

AIGENCY is a discovery and submission tool. We help match your profile to relevant casting calls and agency opportunities. We are not a talent agency, casting agency, or employer. We do not guarantee any auditions, callbacks, representation, bookings, or outcomes.

Subscriptions and purchases

• AIGENCY Pro — $4.99/month, auto-renewing
• AIGENCY Premium — $24.99/month, auto-renewing
• Agency Submission Service — $49 one-time purchase

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes for new subscription periods will be communicated in advance.

Your content

You retain ownership of profile information, photos, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AIGENCY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely to operate the Service. You represent your content is original or properly licensed and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, or qualifications
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit content
• Spam, scrape, or extract data
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the app
• Impersonate another person
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

Third-party agencies

If you use the Agency Submission Service, your profile is sent to talent agencies you select. AIGENCY is not responsible for how those agencies handle your information or whether they respond.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGENCY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid AIGENCY in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIGENCY harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and AIGENCY, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
